Terms and Conditions for Prize Draws (UK)  

 1.    The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 and over, with the exception of Promoter employees, their immediate families or anyone connected with the promotion.

2.    No purchase is necessary.

3.    Entry to the draw is free.  Only one entry per person. Entries will only be accepted on the official form.

4.    Incomplete, illegal, illegible, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted.

5.    Entrants must have internet access to be eligible for the prize draw/competition.

6.     Entries must be received on or before 20/01/2012.  The prize draw will take place on 23/01/2012. The Promoter reserves the right to revise this date and extend the period for accepting entries to the prize draw.

7.    10 completed entries drawn at random will each receive 1 x Fortethérapie Intensive Strengthening Masque.

8.    All winners will be notified by email by 24/01/12 and will be asked to email back with their postage details so that prizes can be sent to them. If the Promoter does not receive a reply containing any winner’s postage address before 31/02/12 then an alternative winner will be chosen as a replacement and the original winner will no longer receive their prize.

9. The prizes are as stated and there are no alternative prizes or cash substitutes.

10. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

11. Winners agree to participate in publicity accompanying or resulting from the promotion. No additional compensation will be awarded for such promotional activities. 12. If a prize is declined or if a winner forfeits the prize under these terms and conditions, then the Promoter may at its absolute discretion draw an alternative winner.

13. The names of the winners will be available by sending a S.A.E. to L’Oréal, 255 Hammersmith Road, London, W6 8AZ within 4 weeks of the draw date.

14. The Promoter reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions or cancel the prize draw at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.

15. By entering the prize draw, entrants will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted the terms and conditions.

16. English law applies and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this promotion.
